Astris Finance was incorporated in 2000 as a US LLC domiciled in Washington DC, USA. Astris maintains a permanent staff that constitutes the Execution Group, based in Washington, Mexico and Paris. All support activities are orchestrated from Washington DC. Astris management receives strategic guidance and support from the Company’s Advisory Board. Our Advisory Board gathers a select number of highly qualified senior professionals with diverse backgrounds in the financing, government and industry spheres. Where relevant, Astris Finance also relies on a network of sector specialists associated with the firm.

Mai is the in-house counsel for Astris with over ten years of experience in international corporate affairs. Prior to joining Astris, Mai served as legal counsel for the US operations of a multinational Japanese consumer products corporation, handling a broad range of general corporate matters, including intellectual property rights and contract negotiation. She was also a litigation associate at a large US law firm, where she represented Fortune 500 companies in US State and Federal Court.

Mai holds a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, as well as an M.P.H. in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
