October 2009 - Astris strengthens its presence in the RES sector

Astris has entered into a strategic partnership with French financial advisory boutique Aurion, a company dedicated to the Renewable Energy Sources (RES) industry, and advising sponsors and developers in Europe.
The partnership aims at positioning the firms in a fast growing segment in Latin America, with Aurion bringing the technical expertise linked to its track record in the solar sector in particular, as well as team experience in wind or geothermal energies.

January 2009 - Contract awarded to Sponsors advised by Astris Finance

A consortium advised by Astris Finance has been awarded a 30-year concession to improve or build a network of toll roads in the Dominican Republic, including main accesses to the country’s capital Santo Domingo and second largest city Santiago, consisting of 285km of connected roads.

August 2008 - New mandate won by Astris Finance

Astris Finance is selected to act as financial advisor for the structuring and financing of Bulevar Turístico del Atlántico, who will construct, rehabilitate, operate and maintain a 124 km road in the Peninsula of Samana in the Dominican Republic.
