Astris Finance is pleased to announce the successful closing of a USD 782m non‐recourse term financing facility for the Balboa Avenue Improvement Project developed by Construtora Norberto Odebrecht. This is the second project closed in Panama by Odebrecht, following the financing of the USD 176m Panama City Historic Heritage Preservation Project in November 2011.

Astris Finance is pleased to announce that Construtora Noberto Odebrecht, the construction arm of leading Brazilian developer Odebrecht, was appointed preferred bidder in connection with two construction projects to be developed under a PPP framework with the Government of Panama. Astris acted as bid stage advisor to Odebrecht.

Astris acted as mandated Financial Advisor to French construction majors Bouygues Travaux Publics and Vinci in connection with one of the largest and longest financings ever raised for a toll road project in the Caribbean region

Astris Finance helps local and Colombian Sponsors channel more than USD 150m of limited recourse project debt to finance the extension of Autopista del Nordeste in the Dominican Republic. BTA is the second road concession in the Country that reaches financial close: Astris Finance was Financial Advisor on both projects.
