Charly joined the Ho Chi Minh office in February 2025 where he advises on renewable energy and infrastructure project finance transactions and M&A. Prior to joining Astris, Charly spent three years at TotalEnergies Renewables, where he worked in the MEA structured finance team, overseeing financing operations in South Africa, Mozambique, and the Middle East.
Charly graduated from EDHEC Business School with an MSc in Corporate Finance. He is fluent in French and English.
Clini is an Analyst at Astris’ Vietnam office. She joined Astris Finance in 2022 and has been actively supporting project financing transactions across APAC.
Prior to joining Astris, Clini worked as a Business Analyst at SSI Asset Management, a local investment management firm that is a subsidiary of SSI Securities Corporation, a leading brokerage securities firm in Vietnam. She had experience working with local financial institutions to arrange partnership terms, in addition to drafting investment proposals for foreign institutional investors looking to diversify their portfolio holdings in Vietnam.
Clini holds a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Hieu joined Astris Finance in Vietnam office as an Analyst in February 2024. Prior to joining Astris, Hieu worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the TMT team at Stifel Financial Corp in London office.
Hieu also worked as a Private Equity Summer Analyst in the Infrastructure and Energy team at VinaCapital, a leading investment management company in Vietnam as well as EDF Renewables’ local partner, where he was involved in investment executions of a variety of renewables projects.
Hieu holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Duong joined the Ho Chi Minh City office of Astris as an Administrative Officer in May 2019 and has been actively supporting in ensuring the smooth operations of the firm, overseeing monthly payroll and performing accounting-related and other administrative tasks. Duong had a couple of short experiences as Research assistant and Secretary/Legal assistant in international firms before joining Astris.
Duong holds LLM in Laws of International Trade from University of Huddersfield. Duong is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
