Lucas Mignot joined Astris Finance in May 2024 as part of our Mexico City office.
Prior to joining Astris, Lucas interned successively at the European Investment Bank in Project Finance and in Private Equity at CVC-DIF.
Lucas graduated from the Master in Management at ESSEC Business School where he specialized in Urban Economics and Corporate Finance.
He is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
Mohamed joined Astris Finance in September 2024. Prior to that, he gained experience through internships at Société Générale CIB in Structured Finance and at Messier & Associés in M&A, where he contributed to the execution of mandates for various clients.
He subsequently joined Bryan, Garnier & Co M&A team, where he worked on a wide range of transactions in the TMT sector, with a particular focus on SaaS companies.
Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering (225) from Paris-Dauphine University. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
Maria joined Astris Finance in January 2025 as an Analyst. Prior to that, she worked for two years at Capital Energy, a developer in Spain, as a Junior Financial Analyst, specializing in project modeling for renewable energy, hydrogen, and European grants. She collaborated closely with the M&A and Project Finance teams, reporting directly to the management team.
She began her career at Energya VM as a Data Analyst, where she utilized data analysis tools such as Python, R, and Power BI to support the commercial department in reporting and decision-making.
Maria holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Business Analytics from ICADE. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Isabel joined Astris Finance in June 2025. Prior to that, she spent six months in EY-Parthenon's Valuation, Modelling and Economics team, specializing in energy projects.
She began her career at Enerland Group, a Spanish renewable energy company, in the Structured Finance department, where she spent over three years working on Project Finance for PV projects across Southern Europe, reporting directly to the management team. Her experience includes financial modelling, due diligence coordination, negotiation of project contracts, and structuring support for greenfield assets.
Isabel holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Zaragoza. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational in Italian..
Regina Herrera joined Astris Finance in August 2025 as part of our Mexico City office.
Prior to joining, Regina worked in private equity with Grupo DAKAB based in Mexico City as an Investment Intern, where she assessed the feasibility of several real estate projects in Mexico and the United States. Before that, she interned at ITAM’s Career Services Office and Treasury Department.
Regina holds a BS in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Leonard joined Astris Finance in October 2025 as part of the launch of the firm’s Munich office.
He began his career in Real Estate Private Equity, where he worked with PGIM Real Estate on the build-up of an industrial development platform. In this role, he was involved across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and analysis to structuring and execution of industrial transactions. Prior to joining Astris Finance, Leonard gained further Private Equity experience, among others, at Ardian and Avedon Capital Partners, working closely with investment teams on strategic, operational, and transactional topics.
Leonard holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He is fluent in German and English and conversational in French.
