Jaime Fernandez

Jaime joined the Madrid office of Astris Finance in October 2021. Prior to that he worked as an intern in Astris since April 2021. During this time, he has been involved in the photovoltaic energy sector assisting throughout the development and execution stages of an M&A transaction in Spain and Italy of 435 MW.

Prior to joining the team, he interned in EDP Solar supporting the investment of Solar PV panels in the industrial and residential sector. Jaime has also worked as an intern at Deutsche Bank in the Retail Banking sector.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Centro Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF). He is fluent in Spanish and English.

David Corrochano

David joined Astris in January 2022. Prior to that, he worked in London as an analyst at Rocosa Studios, a developer in large photovoltaic power plants.

At Rocosa Studios, he worked on the development and sale of photovoltaic projects in Spain and was responsible for financial modelling.

David started his career with Deloitte Consulting where he worked as an analyst for supply chain projects.

David holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla and a master’s in business administration from Deusto Business School. He is native in Spanish and fluent in English.

Oussama El Hali

Oussama joined Astris Finance in November 2022 at the Paris office. Prior to joining the team, he interned at BNP Paribas within the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure project finance team, contributing to both advisory and arranging mandates.

Oussama also previously interned at the World Bank where he contributed to project financing studies for a variety of infrastructure portfolios in the MENA region (highways, railways…), with a focus on Public-Private Partnerships.

Oussama graduated as an engineer from Ecole des Mines de Paris. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic, and conversational in Spanish and Japanese.

Carolina Elorza

Carolina Elorza joined Astris Finance in January 2023 as part of our Mexico City office. 

Prior to joining the team, Carolina worked as an Analyst for Bravo Capital Partners, a search fund based in Mexico City, where she gained experience in financial analysis and investment strategy. Carolina also interned as a Data Analyst at PlayBusiness, a mexican fintech company.

 Carolina holds a BS in Actuarial Science and a BS in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. As a student, she was selected by the Math Department Head as the first female teacher assistant and gave classes to over 60 students per semester. Carolina is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Anton Gonzalez

Anton Gonzalez Aja joined Astris Finance in January 2023 as part of our Mexico City office.

Prior to joining Astris, Anton gained practical experience as a financial analyst at Dux Capital, a venture capital firm with locations in Austin and Mexico City, where he contributed to investment evaluations. Anton also interned as a Data Analyst at two startups in San Francisco, Alygne and Immuna.

Anton holds a BS in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems from the Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Santa Fe. Anton is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Minh Kim

Minh is an Analyst in Astris’s Vietnam office since 2023.

Prior to joining Astris, Minh worked as an Analyst at AWR Lloyd, an Indo-Pacific-focused boutique consulting firm in their Project Advisory division, and she was the Project Coordinator for the Laos-Vietnam Railway Project, a multi-billion cross-border railway project in SEA. Minh also has over a year of experience in financial analysis and market studies within renewable energy and infrastructure sectors in Vietnam.

Previously, Minh was a former Business Consulting Intern at EY Consulting Vietnam.

Minh holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance, First Class Honours from University of London, with academic direction from LSE.

Inès Ben Mrad

Ines joined Astris Finance in September 2023 at the Paris office.

 Prior to joining the Astris team, Ines worked at Société Générale in Leveraged and Acquisition Finance where she performed LBO modelling of financing opportunities. She has also previously interned at Vivendi within the M&A department where she worked on various acquisitions in the TMT sector.

 Ines holds a Master in Investment Banking and Financial Markets from Paris-Dauphine University as well as an MSc in Investment and Risk Finance from the University of Westminster. Ines is fluent in English, French and Arabic, and proficient in Spanish.

Théo Demoule

Théo joined the Paris Office in September 2023. Prior to joining Astris, Theo interned successively at Société Générale CIB in Structured Finance, and in M&A at Mirabaud & Cie.

 He then joined CACIB for a year as a trainee and worked within the Energy & Infrastructure Advisory team in Paris with a specific focus on Transport sector, with a worldwide coverage - Equity/Debt advisory.

Théo graduated from Paris Dauphine University with a Master in Finance (MSc 268). He is fluent in French, English and conversant in German.

Juan Jose Valencia

Juan José Valencia joined Astris Finance in December 2022 as an intern in our Bogotá office. Since then, he has been actively involved in energy and infrastructure transactions across various countries in Latin America, contributing to project finance development and execution.

 With a degree in Financial Engineering from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia, Juan José brings solid academic grounding to his analytical work. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
