Leonard joined Astris Finance in October 2025 as part of the launch of the firm’s Munich office.

He began his career in Real Estate Private Equity, where he worked with PGIM Real Estate on the build-up of an industrial development platform. In this role, he was involved across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and analysis to structuring and execution of industrial transactions. Prior to joining Astris Finance, Leonard gained further Private Equity experience, among others, at Ardian and Avedon Capital Partners, working closely with investment teams on strategic, operational, and transactional topics.

Leonard holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He is fluent in German and English and conversational in French.
