Francisco Araneda

Francisco Araneda joined Astris Finance as an Associate in November 2025, bringing over four years of experience across investment banking and management consulting.

Prior to joining Astris, Francisco worked at BTG Pactual as an Associate Director in Investment Banking, advising on M&A and capital markets transactions primarily in the infrastructure and energy sectors. After BTG, he worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant.

Francisco holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and also holds a graduate degree (BSc & MSc) from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris). He is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

Clini Le

Clini is an Analyst at Astris’ Vietnam office. She joined Astris Finance in 2022 and has been actively supporting project financing transactions across APAC. ​

Prior to joining Astris, Clini worked as a Business Analyst at SSI Asset Management, a local investment management firm that is a subsidiary of SSI Securities Corporation, a leading brokerage securities firm in Vietnam. She had experience working with local financial institutions to arrange partnership terms, in addition to drafting investment proposals for foreign institutional investors looking to diversify their portfolio holdings in Vietnam.  ​

Clini holds a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Carolina Elorza

Carolina Elorza joined Astris Finance in January 2023 as part of our Mexico City office. 

Prior to joining the team, Carolina worked as an Analyst for Bravo Capital Partners, a search fund based in Mexico City, where she gained experience in financial analysis and investment strategy. Carolina also interned as a Data Analyst at PlayBusiness, a mexican fintech company.

 Carolina holds a BS in Actuarial Science and a BS in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. As a student, she was selected by the Math Department Head as the first female teacher assistant and gave classes to over 60 students per semester. Carolina is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Anton Gonzalez

Anton Gonzalez Aja joined Astris Finance in January 2023 as part of our Mexico City office.

Prior to joining Astris, Anton gained practical experience as a financial analyst at Dux Capital, a venture capital firm with locations in Austin and Mexico City, where he contributed to investment evaluations. Anton also interned as a Data Analyst at two startups in San Francisco, Alygne and Immuna.

Anton holds a BS in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems from the Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Santa Fe. Anton is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Steven Nguyen

Steven joined Astris Finance in August 2025. Prior to that, he worked two years at Capcora where he advised on debt raising for renewable energy projects in Europe.

He began his career at Photosol, a French solar PV developer, as project finance analyst. His experience covers financial modelling, negotiation of project documents and coordination of due diligences.

Steven holds a Master in Infrastructure Project Finance from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC) and a Master in Management from SKEMA Business School. Steven is fluent in French, English, and Vietnamese, and conversational in German.

Juan Jose Valencia

Juan José Valencia joined Astris Finance in December 2022 as an intern in our Bogotá office. Since then, he has been actively involved in energy and infrastructure transactions across various countries in Latin America, contributing to project finance development and execution.

 With a degree in Financial Engineering from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia, Juan José brings solid academic grounding to his analytical work. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Santiago Camargo

Santiago joined Astris Finance in April 2024 as part of our Bogota office.

Prior to joining Astris, he worked in M&A at Inverlink, covering deals across various sectors including financial, agricultural, infrastructure, and real estate throughout Latin America.

Santiago holds degrees in Business Administration and Law from Universidad de los Andes. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, and conversational in Portuguese.
