Isabel Baqué

Isabel joined Astris Finance in June 2025. Prior to that, she spent six months in EY-Parthenon's Valuation, Modelling and Economics team, specializing in energy projects.

She began her career at Enerland Group, a Spanish renewable energy company, in the Structured Finance department, where she spent over three years working on Project Finance for PV projects across Southern Europe, reporting directly to the management team. Her experience includes financial modelling, due diligence coordination, negotiation of project contracts, and structuring support for greenfield assets.

Isabel holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Zaragoza. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational in Italian..

Damien Kremer

Damien joined Astris in May 2019 as Officer Manager in our Paris office. Prior to joining the team, Damien worked at CBRE Business Services, covering multiple aspects for the IT Department, such as accounting, purchase, and budget management.

Damien holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in accounting and general management. He is fluent in French and English.

Duong Dang

Duong joined the Ho Chi Minh City office of Astris as an Administrative Officer in May 2019 and has been actively supporting in ensuring the smooth operations of the firm, overseeing monthly payroll and performing accounting-related and other administrative tasks. Duong had a couple of short experiences as Research assistant and Secretary/Legal assistant in international firms before joining Astris.

Duong holds LLM in Laws of International Trade from University of Huddersfield. Duong is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
