Paris, October 2026. Astris Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to ZE Energy on the sale of a 49% stake in Vert to Crédit Agricole. Vert is a solar-plus-storage plant in the Landes region of France, with 77 MW of solar co-located with a 29.6 MWh battery.
Vert was inaugurated in October 2025 and produces about 90 GWh a year. Its power is sold to Orange under a 15-year corporate PPA. The sale brings in a long-term financial partner and gives ZE Energy capital to expand its flexibility platform in France and internationally.
Astris Finance also advised on Vert’s project financing in 2024 and is currently advising ZE Energy on further financing and M&A.
