Arthur Cury

Arthur Cury joined Astris in June 2016 in the São Paulo’s office. Prior to joining Astris, Arthur worked as analyst for AB Concessions, a toll road business held by Atlantia & Bertin, where he worked on several issuances of debentures for the company, worked on new business development and served as entry point between the business team and the investors relations and treasury departments. Prior to that, he spent one year in Private Equity at Bradesco, 2nd largest Brazilian bank, where he worked on several buy-side mandates in a wide range of sectors, such as energy, infrastructure, consumer goods and agribusiness.

Arthur holds a BA in Business Administration from Insper. He is fluent in English and Portuguese.

Santiago Martinez

Santiago Martinez joined the Bogota office in June 2018. Prior to joining Astris, Santiago spent one year working at StratCo Consultores Asociados, a boutique consulting firm in Colombia as a Business Analyst, where he focused primarily in shaping the strategy for large financial institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Additionally Santiago was part of Banca de Inversión Bancolombia in the Infrastructure and Real Estate team where he had the opportunity to support financing and M&A process in the 4G road infrastructure program.

Santiago holds a degree in Finance and International Relations with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Gonzalo Pradillo

Gonzalo joined Astris in February 2021. Prior to that, he worked as an M&A analyst in Banco Santander in Frankfurt, active in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

At Banco Santander, he worked on several advisory mandates ranging from infrastructure and renewable energy tenders to bid processes and structuring of non-recourse debt financing.

Gonzalo started his career with General Electric where he worked as project manager of electrical substations.

Gonzalo graduated from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid with a MSc in Industrial Engineering. He is fluent in Spanish and English and conversational in German.

Aaron Calvo

Aarón joined the Madrid office of Astris Finance in October 2022. Prior to that he worked in the Project Finance division of PwC, active in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors across Europe and LatAm.

Aarón started his career in the renewable energy industry at Enerfín, the renewable subsidiary of Elecnor Group, as a financial analyst, primarily involved in wind energy transactions.

Aarón holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Vigo and a master’s in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from IEB. He is fluent in Spanish and English and conversational in Portuguese and French.

 

Kai Dierksmeier

Kai joined Astris in October 2022 as Senior Analyst. Since joining the team, Kai worked on several financings and M&A mandates in the renewable energy sector across Europe.

Prior to joining Astris, Kai worked for PwC's ECA and Project Finance division in Hamburg. At PwC Kai worked on ECA non-recourse debt financings, carrying out financial modeling, risk analysis & structuring and coordinating the ECA process. 

Kai graduated from Tsinghua University's School of Civil Engineering with an M.Eng. and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Beijing Institute of Technology. Kai is fluent in German and English and conversational in Chinese.

Pedro Lievano

Pedro joined Astris in June 2025 as part of our Bogota office.

Prior to joining Astris, he spent nearly five years at Inverlink, a boutique investment bank, where he advised on multiple buy-side, sell-side, and merger transactions across LatAm. His experience covers the infrastructure, energy, agro-industrial, and retail sectors.

Pedro holds a BA in Business Administration from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA). He is fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational in German.
