Jean-Yves Morille

Jean joined the Paris office of Astris in July 2020 as Senior Analyst. Since joining, he has been involved in a toll-road bid advisory mandate, the financing of a greenfield solar portfolio and the refinancing of a renewable portfolio in France. Prior to that, Jean worked for 18 months at BNP Paribas in New York, providing advisory services and arranging non-recourse debt financing for energy and infrastructure projects across Latin America. He also worked for 6 months in the project finance team of Voltalia in Paris, securing financing for solar, wind and hydro assets.

Jean graduated as an engineer from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and holds a M. Sc. in Sustainable Energy from Imperial College London. Jean is fluent in English and French.

Gonzalo Pradillo

Gonzalo joined Astris in February 2021. Prior to that, he worked as an M&A analyst in Banco Santander in Frankfurt, active in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

At Banco Santander, he worked on several advisory mandates ranging from infrastructure and renewable energy tenders to bid processes and structuring of non-recourse debt financing.

Gonzalo started his career with General Electric where he worked as project manager of electrical substations.

Gonzalo graduated from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid with a MSc in Industrial Engineering. He is fluent in Spanish and English and conversational in German.

Aaron Calvo

Aarón joined the Madrid office of Astris Finance in October 2022. Prior to that he worked in the Project Finance division of PwC, active in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors across Europe and LatAm.

Aarón started his career in the renewable energy industry at Enerfín, the renewable subsidiary of Elecnor Group, as a financial analyst, primarily involved in wind energy transactions.

Aarón holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Vigo and a master’s in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from IEB. He is fluent in Spanish and English and conversational in Portuguese and French.

 

Kai Dierksmeier

Kai joined Astris in October 2022 as Senior Analyst. Since joining the team, Kai worked on several financings and M&A mandates in the renewable energy sector across Europe.

Prior to joining Astris, Kai worked for PwC's ECA and Project Finance division in Hamburg. At PwC Kai worked on ECA non-recourse debt financings, carrying out financial modeling, risk analysis & structuring and coordinating the ECA process. 

Kai graduated from Tsinghua University's School of Civil Engineering with an M.Eng. and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the Beijing Institute of Technology. Kai is fluent in German and English and conversational in Chinese.

Ignacio Tuero

Ignacio joined Astris Finance in September 2024. Prior to that, he spent over three years in EY’s Project Finance team, providing financial advisory on infrastructure, renewable energy, PPPs, and project finance transactions across Europe, LATAM, and the US.

Before EY, Ignacio was part of the M&A and Business Development department at Planasa, a global agri-food operator acquired by Cinven in January 2018. Ignacio holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from Centro Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF). He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Audrey Moutia

Audrey joined the Paris office of Astris in October 2021. Prior to joining the team, Audrey joined GE Renewables in July 2019, based in Paris, where she performed a 2-year leadership program with 4 different assignments across the renewable energy, finance and healthcare sectors. She also interned in BNP Paribas as a project finance analyst with a focus on Metals and Mining deals, and in Akuo Energy, a French IPP.

Audrey holds a Master in Management and MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School. She is fluent in French, English and proficient in Spanish.ge.

Oussama El Hali

Oussama joined Astris Finance in November 2022 at the Paris office. Prior to joining the team, he interned at BNP Paribas within the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure project finance team, contributing to both advisory and arranging mandates.

Oussama also previously interned at the World Bank where he contributed to project financing studies for a variety of infrastructure portfolios in the MENA region (highways, railways…), with a focus on Public-Private Partnerships.

Oussama graduated as an engineer from Ecole des Mines de Paris. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic, and conversational in Spanish and Japanese.
