July 2026 - Astris Finance advises Groupe VALOREM on ATLAS, a EUR 220 million refinancing of a 192 MW French renewables portfolio

Paris, July 2026. Astris Finance congratulates Groupe VALOREM on the closing of ATLAS, the EUR 220 million refinancing of a portfolio of 15 renewable energy plants totaling 192 MW of installed capacity.

The ATLAS portfolio comprises 8 wind farms, 6 operating solar PV plants and one storage project, commissioned between 2021 and 2026 across France. The EUR 220 million raised consolidates Groupe VALOREM's financial structure and secures the funding of its future generation assets.

ATLAS is the fourth pool of Groupe VALOREM assets to be structured in portfolio format, following VASCO (2017), ELCANO (2020) and OLYMPE (2024), on each of which Astris Finance also advised Groupe VALOREM.

Astris Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to VALOREM, covering the structuring of the transaction, financial modelling, management of the process with the bank group and negotiation of the financing documentation through to closing. Bringing together a broad bank group on a single structure across three technologies and fifteen assets at different stages of operation, while preserving the flexibility VALOREM needs to fund its growth, was the central challenge of the transaction.
