São Paulo, June 2026. Astris Finance congratulates its client CYMI Construções e Participações S.A. (“CYMI”), a subsidiary of Cobra IS and part of the VINCI Group, on the successful financing of the Verde Transmissão and Buriti Transmissão transmission line projects in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The projects comprise two 30-year greenfield concessions that will enhance grid connectivity and support the dispatch of the region's expanding renewable energy generation capacity.

The c. USD 663 million (BRL 3.38 billion) financing will cover the projects' 2-year construction period. To achieve an efficient capital structure, the transactions were structured through infrastructure debentures (debentures incentivadas) fully subscribed by BNDES (the Brazilian Development Bank).
